- Only online applications should be submitted via the RRB’s official website, indianrailways.gov.in.
- Candidates should save a scanned copy of their documents before applying.
- To register, the candidate must have a working email address. The provided mobile number also needs to be maintained up to date. Notifications on certificate verification and other significant updates will be sent by the Railway Recruitment Board.
- Please be aware that all information provided in the online application—such as the candidate’s name, post applied for, date of birth, address, email address, etc.—will be deemed final. Applicants are asked to complete the RRB online application form as completely as possible, since it is quite likely that no contact requesting changes to the information would be answered.
